The Value in OUR CLIENTS
CANCELLATION POLICY
To our valued guests, your appointments are very important to us here at Bella Bella. We understand that sometimes life happens, and schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require a minimum of a 24 HOUR cancellation… If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
NO SHOW
POLICY
We do value all of our clients time here at Bella Bella, if we do not hear from you and your appointment passes 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we will charge 100% of the appointment value.
(Please note this is for SECOND offense only.)
Both policies effective: IMMEDIATELY
